17 y/o singer/songwriter Camryn Quinlan writes songs that belie her youth. She writes personal songs that are at once modern and classic and that cut deep into a well of honesty. Documenting a journey of heartbreak, healing, and happiness she is adept at drawing from her own experiences as well as observing people and situations she encounters. Her lifelong love of music drew her to guitar and piano at the age of 6 and now writes and performs with ease on both.

Her preference for real instruments and organic feel sets her music apart from other pop artists. Camryn is inspired by a wide range of artists including Taylor Swift, Kasey Musgraves, and Chappell Roan.

She is preparing her debut EP ‘If We’re Being Honest’ with releases to begin this fall. Her current favorite song is “Ruin It” which was difficult to write because of her emotional state but it has a pretty amazing silver lining. Camryn hopes her songs paint vivid images and evoke the emotions she experiences. ‘The Magic is Gone’ is her initial offering for the holiday season.

‘The Magic is Gone’ is for people who don’t always have the happiest holiday season. People who have lost loved ones or have loved ones away in the military, or too far to come home. Family members who have to spend this special season alone or families who feel their holidays are incomplete. A song for those people to be seen. It’s a magical time of year but for some people, it can be really difficult and this song is for them.
