The Month of Love
So that’s January out of the way, under our belts and riding off into the sunset while we all look forward to the month of ‘love’
Never heard February called that before?
Probably because we just (sort of) invented it. What’s that I hear you say? Shouldn’t January be the month of ‘love’ what with St. Dwynwen? Well, the truth is we’ve been so conditioned by the English that poor old Dwynwen takes second place to a Roman that was beheaded after being clubbed to death!
They do say that the path to true love is never easy ! Much easier is keeping up with everything that we get up to - and we’ve had a great start to the year and this month things just get better.
Craig and Kaysha have been back to Pantside School to carry on their workshops with the super-talented kids and started at a new school, Bryn Bach to work their magic ! Expect new music and videos soon. If you’d like your school to get involved contact us at : info@tiwnmedia.co.uk
Our Storyteller Evenings have continued at Bourton’s Live Music & Cafe Bar with the amazing Rowan Coombes and on March 3rd we have Jake Weller back at the venue. We will also shortly be starting at The Muse, in Brecon, with the brilliant Rob Lear! We are also talking to EJ’s in Llanelli about some live events at that brilliant venue run by Stella Faye Millet.
Don’t forget that Kaysha Louvain will be performing an intimate set at Llanelli’s new record shop, The Second 45, on February 11th from 3.30pm to promote her newly released single ‘Trouble’ while Tony Webb is at Mumbles Artisan Market from 11.30am - keep an eye on the events page on Facebook for more updates.
Anyway, back to the month of ‘love’, who is on your wish-list? Who are you sending a card to? If you want something special pop into The Second 45 for a range of exclusive Welsh cards, designed by The Welsh Card Co, for your loved one or secret crush!
