TIWN will no longer offer standalone PR and radio plugging campaigns. Instead, we will work with a smaller roster of artists through three levels of support:

CASSETTE

ARTIST SUPPORT - £50 PER MONTH

For independent artists who want professional support with releasing and promoting their music but aren't currently looking for artist management.

  •  Digital music distribution administration through TIWN's chosen distribution partner, PYST.

  •  One promotional social media post per month across agreed TIWN channels.

  •  Radio pitching/mail-out for an agreed release or campaign.

  •  Access to basic TIWN artist advice.

  •  Access to additional TIWN creative services at standard rates.

Merchandise uploading is available for an additional £25 per upload/project.

CD

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT - £100 PER MONTH

For artists who want more active support in developing their releases, promotion, and career.

  •  Digital music distribution administration.

  •  One promotional social media post per month across agreed TIWN channels.

  •  One promotional Reel per month.

  •  Radio pitching for agreed releases, including appropriate BBC submissions.

  •  Release planning support.

  •  Relevant funding and festival opportunity alerts.

  •  Basic career development advice.

  •  No merchandise uploading fee.

  •  20% discount on TIWN lyric video production.

CD artists receive ongoing artist-development support but are not formally represented by TIWN as

managed artists.

VINYL

ARTIST MANAGEMENT - £150 PER MONTH

Application only. Limited roster. Vinyl is for artists who want TIWN to become actively involved in

developing and supporting their wider career.

  •  Digital music distribution administration.

  •  Two promotional social media posts per month across agreed TIWN channels.

  •  Two promotional Reels per month.

  •  Radio pitching for agreed releases, including appropriate BBC submissions.

  •  Release strategy and planning.

  •  Career development and longer-term planning.

  •  Funding opportunity research and application guidance.

  •  Festival and showcase opportunity research.

  •  Targeted festival/showcase submissions where appropriate.

  •  Live performance opportunity sourcing.

  •  Sync opportunity research.

  •  Industry introductions where appropriate.

  •  Support with negotiations relating to opportunities sourced through TIWN.

  •  One dedicated 30-45 minute artist strategy meeting each month

  •  Ongoing management guidance.

  •  20% discount on TIWN lyric video production.

  •  50% discount on TIWN live session filming.

  •  15% discount on bulk merchandise orders.

  •  No merchandise uploading fee.

Vinyl places much less emphasis on simply promoting individual releases and much more emphasis on helping artists build sustainable careers. Because genuine management requires time, trust, and communication, Vinyl spaces will remain deliberately limited. Not every application will automatically be accepted. We want to work with artists where we genuinely believe we can make a difference.
