Magazine Launch & Band Night at Newbridge Memo

TIWN Media launches issue 4 the amazing, inspiring and downright awesome TIWN magazine, which is celebrating 50 years of… Mal Pope. Amazing to think that Mal was ‘discovered’ by John Peel and Elton John - you can read all about it in our cover feature (not only is Mal super-talented, but he’s also a lovely guy!)
We’re also talking to world-famous drummer Sam Kelly, bilingual hip-hop star Mr Phormula, Pillow Fite, Katie Lou, Brecon Jazz author & photographer Barry Hill, Urban Foundry’s Tara Tarapetian and the mighty Radio Wigwam! And if that wasn’t enough we also caught up with Anglesey’s Yr Wyddfa Records and Newport’s Dirty Carrot Records plus the guys behind Up To 11 Events! Throw in a Welsh Connections spread and TIWN'S Top Ten and that’s what we call a magazine!

Come to our launch night on September 15th at Newbridge Memo, which happens to be our latest Band Night! Features music from Clockwork Aeroplane, Interstella Boy and Act Happy!

Doors open at 7:30 - Tickets are £5 on the door!
