We had a fantastic time at The Second 45 with Huw James on Saturday - he played an intimate acoustic set at the Llanelli record shop to promote his latest single, ‘Unlock My Heart’ which is out now!
Meanwhile, Roger Henderson entertained the crowds at the Uplands Market in Swansea. Next up at the market will be Gordon Wride on July 7th - while, Radio 2 favourite, Nick Capaldi will be at The Second 45 on August 10th!
Caitlin Lavagna rocked out at RAFT - Rhondda Arts Festival on Saturday evening. Showcasing her outstanding range and charisma while performing songs by Florence and The Machine, PINK, Adele, and Anastasia as well as her own songs, Run A Mile, Night Bus, the BBC Radio Wales A-Listed Gold and her latest single Pretty Alright, which is due to drop on July 11th. The news is finally out that our very own Michael Kennedy will be joining SA Radio Live. Mike has championed local music on the radio and small screen for over a decade. He’s worked with Focus Wales, PRS Wales and Creative Wales on several projects. He's also a judge for the Welsh Music Prize as well as everything he does here at TIWN. Hear him play the very best that Swansea has to offer in ‘The Scene’, every Wednesday at 7pm.
