This week Mike will be chatting with the award-winning Starlite & Campbell ahead of their UK tour and new album release.
And for those of you (un)lucky enough to be spending the evening in Mike’s company at the Ffwrnes Theatre, Llanelli, this Saturday you have our sympathy.
Mike, of course, is hosting the charity fundraiser night with Zirenz, The Meadows, Cantamus Choir, Lisa Mears and the Rock Choir - raising awareness of Neuroendocrine Cancer UK.
Earlier that day, also in Llanelli, Jodie Marie will be playing a live set at The Second 45 to promote her new vinyl / CD release, Polar Nights, from 3pm.

Now for the BIG news. Last week we announced that TIWNFEST 2024 would be a 3 day event celebrating live music with both original artists, tribute acts and cover bands - we also slipped in a little announcement about a film festival! We can now share with you that we will be launching The Celynen Film Festival in association with Newbridge Memo and Film Freeway. Worldwide film submissions are welcome in all genres up to 120 minutes in length. We will be announcing our judges soon but everything you need to know is below!
Be sure to check out our upcoming events and we’ll see you at the Newbridge Memo on September 15th for the launch of our latest magazine with a fabulous line-up of bands including Clockwork Aeroplane, Interstella Boy and Act Happy. Plus a very special performance from the one and only Mal Pope.
