It’s great to see the new month Marching in (see what we did there?) but how did you spend your St. David’s Day? We had a fantastic night at the Newbridge Memo with our Welsh tribute night - lovely artists, a lovely venue and a lovely crowd! Next up is our 80’s Party on April 13th. This week we welcomed our new Welsh Connections Playlist presenter, Esme Thomson - didn’t she put together a brilliant show? Did you catch her debut show as it winged its way around the globe? Don’t forget, if you miss the broadcasts you can still catch the shows over on our Mixcloud!
There was more local live music at The Second 45 with The Now on Saturday and this weekend The Stray Pursuit took to the now-famous record store stage to launch their latest EP.
Friday 15th will see Issue 6 of TIWN magazine out in the world - we can’t believe it’s issue 6 already and you can still order your copy online from our website or pop into one of the shops around Wales that stock it - it’s the best value Welsh music magazine with over 60 pages and priced at only £1.50!!!!
